Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid educational enrolments confirmed by Workplace Data invoice. Informational prices on the website are not charges until invoiced.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than two course modules and have not attended a live clinic.

Full vs. partial refunds

Full refund: within the 14-day window under the conditions above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.

Partial refund: if you withdraw after accessing three or more modules but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may refund 40% of the paid fee at our discretion, less any non-refundable processing costs disclosed on the invoice.

  • Self-paced Clause Sketch kits after download links have been delivered
  • Custom team workshops already delivered
  • Third-party fees (payment processing where non-recoverable, external counsel you engage separately)

Refund process

Email info@workplace-data.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason for the request. We may ask which modules you accessed to verify eligibility.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Bank posting times vary by institution.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method unless that method is unavailable, in which case we arrange a bank transfer to an account you designate.

Cancellation by Workplace Data

If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where they grant stronger protections. Force majeure events may delay delivery without creating automatic refund rights beyond what is stated here, except where cancellation makes the service impossible.
